Merck Animal Health was recently hit with a Class Action lawsuit by pet owners who claim their beloved cat and dog drug, Bravecto, contains a dangerous pesticide. But the corporation would only settle with customers if she signed a contract that would release any legal claims against the corporation, according to the Bravecto Class Action lawsuit.
